Noise will fill the fairgrounds again this year as the Thumb Tractor Pulling Association's Tractor Pull returned on Monday, August 19th during the 2013 Sanilac County 4-H Fair! This year's pulling schedule was split into two events. At 3:00 p.m., the 6000 Farm Tractors and 10,00 Farm Tractors competed, then at 7:00 p.m., the local truck and tractor classes and professional super stock classes.

Martin Xtreme Racing Supercross will be at fair this year on Tuesday, August 20th during the 2013 Sanilac County 4-H Fair!

This event is a Motocross that both motocross bikes and quads compete in. The Motocross has a variety of aged participants and tends to

be a rapid paced action packed event.

WEDNESDAY, August 21, 2013- $12 Admission- Free Grandstand

Before 3:00 p.m. - Senior Citizens Day (60 and older $7.00)
7:00 p.m. - Bump-n-Run (small cars on a motor-cross track)

 

 

 

 

 

A new event debuted at the The Bump-N-Run, whose inaugural season was during the 2009 fair will return on Wednesday, August 21st, 2013. The event will start at 7:00 p.m. Large crowds enjoyed watching small cars (4 and 6 cylinders) race around an auto cross track, bumping and running from the rest of the cars to complete the race first.

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Kids Fun Day for ages 0- 6 years old ($5.00 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

2:00 p.m. - Pedal Tractor Pull- $1.00 per entry, Registration 1:00 p.m. - Ages 4-12

The Figure 8 Derby returns to the fairgrounds on Thursday, August 22nd during the 2013 Sanilac County 4-H Fair!

The race starts at 7:00 p.m. and will combine driving skills on 15 laps of dual-oval track racing with unexpected crashing thrills. Drivers maneuver cars along the track in a highly aggressive competition.

7:00 p.m. - Flying Star Rodeo and Dewayne Spaw (Country Music Entertainer)

 

Excitement will fill the air again as the Flying Star Rodeo returns to Sanilac County on Friday August 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. during the 2013 Sanilac County 4-H Fair! This is a nationally sanctioned rodeo and has the full schedule of rodeo competitions.

Flying Star Rodeo offers fast paced, high speed competition from cowgirls and cowboys. Events at the rodeo include bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, team roping, calf roping and barrel racing. Bareback riding, saddle bronc riding and bull riding.

Dewayne Spaw a high rising country music entertainer will be singing and entertaining during the rodeo at the 2013 Fair.

10:00 a.m. - M/T Pocket Pullers- Stock Garden Tractor Classes, Ultra Lite Tractor Classes, Stock Altered Tractor Classes, Multi-Motor Ultra Lite Classes and Small Block Tractor Classes

7:00 p.m. - Demolition Derby and Dewayne Spaw (Country Music Entertainer)

 

 

The sound of roaring engines and crushing metal fills the grandstands again as the Demolition Derby return on Saturday, August 24th to finish off an exciting week during the 2013 Sanilac County 4-H Fair!

Dewayne Spaw a high rising country music entertainer will be singing and entertaining during the Demolition Derby at the 2013 Fair.

• Monday- Saturday: You can find Grampa Cratchet around the fairgrounds or at his stage shows.
Gate Admission: Monday through Saturday- PAY ONE PRICE for Gate Admission, Parking, Grandstand Admission and ALL Carnival rides for that day- $12.00 per person Monday through Saturday, 2 years & over, under 2 are FREE, unless they are going to be riding the rides.
SENIOR CITIZEN DAYS to run Tuesday and Wednesday BEFORE 3 o’clock for $7.00 per person. Everybody will be allowed to leave and come back later that day by getting their hand stamped by the Gate Admission Attendant.

Kids Day is Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for ages 0 to 6. Admission is $5 for kids 0 to 6 until 1:00 p.m. Kids day admission is good for all day.

Admission will be charged starting at 11:00 a.m. Monday and 8:00 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Rides start Everyday at 1:00 p.m.
